The game:
There is no changement accepted from the CEB by now. So we will play the 10-set-system as usual. INTERNATIONAL reglement, so don´t get confused with your national reglement.
For example if any ball touches the wodden frame of the billiard will be counted as foul.
No pin at 45. Pins may be touched, but not fall. It is not necessary to bring your own podium/blok for playing, they will be present.
playing system:
At the qualification every player plays 60 figures in packages of 20 figures (2 sets). every player will get the possibility for practicing before his 1st set of the tournament. After 10 figures there will be a break of 5 minutes. Raking after 60 figures: 1.: amout of points 2.: amount of tries, less=better, 3.: amount of figures made in the 1st try, 4.: amount of figures made in the 2nd try.
The main tournament will be played in the usual KO-system best of 5.
Refereeing:
Please respect article 10 of the CEB-reglement Billiard Artistic and help with refereeing.
I will not make a fixed sheet for refereeing, nobody likes duty-bounded inset.
We will also have professional referees.
drawings:
At the opening here will be a drawing which sets will be played in the qualification. If there will be drawn for example"B", the qualification tournament includes the sets BCDEFG.
There will also be a drawing which player in the poule will start playing. If there will be drawn for example "2", the second player of the poule will play first the first 10 figures. The second 10 figures will be played first by the third player of the poule etc. If there will be drawn "4" in the poules with 3 persons the first player of the poule will play first.
There will be a drawing during the opening before the 1/8-finals which set will be played first at table 1. table 2 start 3 sets further, table 3 6 sets further and table 4 will start 9 sets further. The second round of the 1/8-finals continue with the next set on the same table.
There will be a new drawing before the quarter finals. same procedure as at the 1/8-finals.
There will be a new drawing before the half finals, then the other table start 5 sets further.
And.. there will e a drawing before the final.
Any unfixed items and questions the tournament direction will decide on site.
